Job Summary

To support clinic partners in optimizing scheduling workflows, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst will configure and provide functional and technical assistance related to EPIC Cadence provider template design, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the design, creation, and building of scheduling templates in the EPIC Cadence system
  • Provide consulting services regarding template build best practices and fulfill clinic partner template management requests
  • Identify access barriers related to templates and recommend improved design options to enhance patient access
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a related role
  • Epic Certification (EPICCERT) required within 120 days of hire
  • Familiarity with Patient Access concepts and strategies
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications
