Job Summary
To support clinic partners in optimizing scheduling workflows, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst will configure and provide functional and technical assistance related to EPIC Cadence provider template design, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate in the design, creation, and building of scheduling templates in the EPIC Cadence system
- Provide consulting services regarding template build best practices and fulfill clinic partner template management requests
- Identify access barriers related to templates and recommend improved design options to enhance patient access
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of experience in a related role
- Epic Certification (EPICCERT) required within 120 days of hire
- Familiarity with Patient Access concepts and strategies
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications
