Epic Cadence Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance patient access technology, the remote Epic Cadence Analyst will support optimization work on scheduling and template functionality, collaborating with internal Epic builders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize backlogged tickets, creating clear build specifications for Epic builders
- Partner with operations stakeholders to design and refine templates, decision trees, and scheduling workflows
- Facilitate requirements-gathering meetings with clinical, operational, and technical teams
Required qualifications
- Epic Cadence certification or demonstrated proficiency
- Experience in template build/design with the ability to translate requirements for technical builders
- Operations experience in healthcare scheduling or patient access workflows
- Appointment Entry Decision Tree experience, with familiarity in Direct Scheduling
- Strong meeting facilitation skills and experience in Change Management/Lean methodologies
