Epic Cadence Analyst Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst-Cert, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for application end users and resolve issues
• Guide workflow design, system building, testing, and implement requested changes
• Maintain communication with Epic representatives and ensure system alignment with operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience, or two years of direct experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience with online information systems, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Understanding of operational practices related to scheduling and payer authorization
• Knowledge of integration areas with Cadence, such as check-in and registration
• Appropriate certification or licensure required if applicable
