Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst-Cert, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary support contact for application end users and resolve issues
- Guide workflow design, system building, testing, and implement requested changes
- Maintain communication with Epic representatives and ensure system alignment with operational needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience, or two years of direct experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated experience with online information systems, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Understanding of operational practices related to scheduling and payer authorization
- Knowledge of integration areas with Cadence, such as check-in and registration
- Appropriate certification or licensure required if applicable
