Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Epic Cadence and/or Prelude applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and support Epic Cadence and/or Prelude applications to optimize scheduling and patient access workflows
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, end users, and IT teams to enhance system performance
  • Participate in system upgrades, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality functionality
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude Certification is mandatory
  • 4+ years of experience in Epic Patient Access modules with hands-on configuration and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of facility structure, including departments, locations, and resource configuration
  • Proven experience supporting scheduling, registration, referrals, and patient access workflows
  • Experience with testing, documentation, and supporting system upgrades or new implementations
