Job Summary
Supporting a Cheers CRM implementation, the contract Epic Cadence & Cheers Analyst will work remotely for three months, assisting with telephony integration and training permanent staff on Cheers build and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of Cheers CRM and telephony integration
- Provide training and support for permanent staff on Cheers functionality
- Collaborate with project management and stakeholders to lead discussions and address ongoing build and troubleshooting needs
Required qualifications
- Epic Cadence certification required
- Epic Cheers CRM certification required
- Prior experience supporting a Cheers CRM implementation
- Experience with telephony integration preferred
- Hello World Badge or MyChart Badge strongly preferred, but not required
