Epic Cadence Application Advisor
Job Summary
To support the Epic AMS Access team, the remote Senior Application Advisor (Epic Cadence) will lead the oversight of Epic Cadence and Referrals, provide hands-on expertise, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery while collaborating with the Prelude/RTE App Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader for the AMS Access team, focusing on Epic Cadence and Referrals
- Coordinate priorities and workload with the Prelude/RTE App Lead to ensure effective team delivery
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance while maintaining communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Cadence certification required
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Cadence, including build, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Previous experience in a leadership role, such as Application Lead or Team Lead, strongly preferred
- Experience supporting Epic applications in an AMS or managed services environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support other analysts effectively
