Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Application Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic scheduling workflows to enhance patient access and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and optimize Epic Cadence functionality across various care environments
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve scheduling workflows and patient access processes
- Troubleshoot application issues and support system testing and validation activities
Required Qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Epic Cadence build and optimization experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and workflow redesign initiatives
- Strong understanding of patient access and ambulatory scheduling operations
