Epic Cadence Certified Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance provider scheduling solutions, the full-time remote Epic Cadence Certified Analyst will design, build, and optimize scheduling templates while collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize provider scheduling templates using Epic Cadence best practices
• Analyze data and workflows to identify and implement scheduling and capacity improvements
• Lead system enhancements end-to-end, including requirements, build, testing, and deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science, or a related field
• Epic Cadence certification (required)
• Five years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems
• Expertise with Epic Cadence visit type and template build (required)
• Additional Epic certifications are a plus
