Job Summary
Supporting and optimizing Epic Cadence and Patient Access workflows, the contract Epic Cadence Certified Analyst will work remotely to enhance scheduling, registration, and patient throughput processes while serving as a subject matter expert and mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Support, configure, test, and optimize Epic Cadence and Patient Access workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve scheduling, registration, referrals, and authorizations
- Lead application enhancements, upgrades, and workflow improvements
Required qualifications
- Active Epic Cadence Certification
- 4+ years of healthcare experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with scheduling, registration, and patient flow
- 4+ years of Epic Patient Access/Cadence SME experience
- Strong Epic build, testing, troubleshooting, and support experience
