Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst
Job Summary
To support system configuration and optimization in a healthcare environment, the remote contract Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst will perform application support, translate user requirements into specifications, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Epic Cadence and Prelude configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Translate business and user requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Participate in Epic software upgrades, enhancements, and workflow optimization initiatives
Required qualifications
- Active Epic Cadence and Prelude certifications
- 4+ years of healthcare industry experience
- 4+ years of experience with patient access workflows and related Epic functionality
- 4+ years of subject matter expertise in Epic Cadence and Prelude applications
- 4+ years of experience working with revenue cycle metrics and process improvement initiatives
