Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst
Job Summary
To support a healthcare organization's patient access and revenue cycle initiatives, the remote Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst will design, build, test, implement, and optimize Epic workflows related to scheduling, registration, referrals, prior authorization, and financial assistance on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic Cadence and Prelude functionality
- Analyze current patient access and revenue cycle workflows and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Support workflows for obtaining, documenting, tracking, and managing prior authorizations
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Cadence certification
- Active Epic Prelude certification
- Previous hands-on experience with the Epic Financial Assistance module
- Experience supporting Epic prior authorization and referral workflows
- Strong understanding of patient access, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referrals, and authorization processes
