Epic Cadence/Prelude Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting OCHIN's mission, the full-time Epic Cadence/Prelude Solutions Analyst will work remotely to resolve complex technical issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Required qualifications
- Certification/proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude (REQUIRED)
- Minimum of 2 years of build experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience and proficiency in Referrals is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Ability to complete a 50-60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview
