Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central + Cadence Principal Trainer, this remote contract position will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for Epic Patient Access workflows, ensuring effective user adoption and competency across scheduling, registration, admissions, and related operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead trainer for Epic Grand Central and Cadence applications, delivering various training sessions
- Design and maintain comprehensive role-based training curricula and materials, ensuring alignment with operational workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training plans for implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while monitoring training effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Epic training, healthcare operations, or clinical informatics experience
- Required Epic Cadence and Grand Central Curriculum Certifications
- Experience developing training programs for large-scale healthcare technology implementations
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
