Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Principal Trainer, the full-time remote role will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on Epic Cadence scheduling workflows and best practices to enhance end-user adoption and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Epic Cadence training programs for end users
• Create and maintain training materials, tip sheets, and workflow documentation
• Partner with operational and IT teams to support workflow optimization and user adoption

Required Qualifications

• Patient Access Principle Trainer and Training Environment Build Certification
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling workflows and Cadence functionality
• Ability to document workflows and develop effective end-user training materials
