Epic Cadence Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support OCHIN's mission, the full-time Epic Cadence Solutions Analyst will troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions while working remotely and traveling 5-6 times for member projects during the summer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues

Required qualifications

• Certification/proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude is required
• Minimum of 3 years of build experience is preferred
• Experience and proficiency in Referrals is a plus
• Strong communication skills for interaction with technical teams and end users
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
