Job Summary
Engaging with multidisciplinary teams, the full-time Epic Cadence Specialist will create, support, and configure workflows and software to enhance clinical operations and patient access in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Epic Cadence templates and ensure workflows align with clinical practices
- Analyze and design workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize user experience and implement continuous process improvements
- Lead training and communication efforts for stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices
Required qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification or 2 years of experience in a scheduling role or practice management within an Optimized BSMH department
- Combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Ability to create and maintain documentation on best practice workflows and client-facing materials
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex, integrated issues
- Strong skills in workflow analysis and the ability to recommend solutions across departments
