Key responsibilities
  • Design, build, and install upgrades or new implementations for the Epic Cadence application
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while performing necessary maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and prepare detailed programming specifications
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • EPIC application certification required to be obtained after initial onboarding
  • Technical proficiency in relevant systems and applications
  • Prior experience in healthcare, teaching, or training/adult learning is preferred
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
