Job Summary
Focused on enhancing patient scheduling and appointment management, the full-time Epic Cadence System Analyst will analyze user requirements, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain system documentation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and install upgrades or new implementations for the Epic Cadence application
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while performing necessary maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and prepare detailed programming specifications
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- EPIC application certification required to be obtained after initial onboarding
- Technical proficiency in relevant systems and applications
- Prior experience in healthcare, teaching, or training/adult learning is preferred
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
