Epic Certified Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for Epic Analysts specializing in Beaker (Anatomic Pathology), Willow (Outpatient), Radiant, and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Epic solutions
• Define requirements, document processes, and conduct product testing and troubleshooting
• Provide on-call support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Epic certification is required
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support
• Willingness to travel monthly to the Baltimore/Washington area
• Experience in relevant Epic modules (Beaker, Willow, Radiant, or Security) preferred
