Epic Certified Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Certified Analyst to support revenue cycle operations through configuration and optimization of Epic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute and Claims processing systems
• Analyze and enhance workflows to ensure accurate claims submission and billing processing
• Partner with billing, coding, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Certification in Information Technology, Healthcare Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Epic Resolute Certification (Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing) with a minimum of two years of production support experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with system build, configuration changes, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle operations, including billing and claims processing workflows
• Direct experience with ticketing systems for managing work, analysis, build, testing, and deployment
