Epic Certified Analyst

Job Summary

To support MyChart self-scheduling and referral workflows, the fully remote contract Analyst will serve as the primary analyst for initiatives, focusing on workflow design and collaboration across Epic applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling
• Manage referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues and complex rule builds
• Collaborate effectively with Cadence, Ambulatory, and other integrated Epic applications

Required qualifications

• Epic Referral & Authorization Certification (required)
• Epic MyChart Certification (required)
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in workflow design and collaboration across integrated systems
