Epic Certified Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst II in the Revenue Cycle, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and provide functional and technical support for Revenue Cycle applications
• Collaborate with end users to analyze workflows and implement corrective actions
• Create and execute test scripts, and provide ongoing application support and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or Associate's degree with 4 years of experience
• Epic Certification and Proficiency or relevant Intelligent Automation certifications required
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification strongly preferred
• Experience in analyzing business issues and workflows
• Ability to work in team environments and demonstrate customer-oriented service excellence
