Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application System Technical Analyst responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Manage small to mid-sized projects related to applications and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Document workflows, recommend design solutions, and assist in training and testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of experience in a related field
• Certification in one or more Epic applications and maintenance of certification as applicable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Visio
• In-depth knowledge of business and application processes
• Ability to operate IT equipment and remain seated or standing for extended periods
