Epic Certified Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Application Analyst - Beaker.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, optimization, and enhancement of clinical and revenue cycle applications, primarily Epic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and workflows while troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Document system configurations and workflows to maintain application stability and support user experience improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, including three years of Epic or related application build experience
• Certification in two or more relevant Epic applications required for Epic positions
• Preferred one year of project management experience and Lean certification or willingness to obtain
• Must complete Project Management training within one year and Epic Usability Training within 180 days for Epic positions
