Epic Certified Application Analyst

Job Summary

Epic Certified Application Analyst, responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing clinical and revenue cycle applications with a primary focus on Epic, in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver application support and maintenance, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting of assigned applications
• Configure Epic and related applications, applying human factors design principles to improve user experience and support clinical workflows
• Act as a liaison between IT and clinical teams, facilitating communication and collaboration for application functionality and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, including three years of Epic or related application build experience
• Certification in two or more Epic modules required upon hire
• Project Management training required within one year of hire
• Lean training and certification preferred upon hire or within 180 days
