Epic Certified Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare applications, the full-time remote Epic Certified Application Analyst will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various systems while managing small projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose problems to provide support to stakeholders and determine resolutions
• Configure, test, install, implement, and maintain applications and associated workflows
• Collaborate with external vendors for integration and troubleshooting of third-party applications

Required qualifications

• Epic certification preferred, with a requirement to certify on one or more Epic applications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Two years of work experience in a related area, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Visio, and Project
• In-depth knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
