Job Summary
To support healthcare IT initiatives, the full-time Senior Epic Application Coordinator (Epic Certified) will manage system configuration changes in the Epic application, ensuring alignment with business requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Configure EPIC applications by translating business requirements into software specifications
- Act as a liaison between Client Health Connect and other departments regarding configuration issues
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and tests of new releases and prioritize system updates and changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, or Business
- EPIC Certification with a minimum of three years of post-certification experience
- Experience in configuration, application implementation, and detailed analysis within healthcare information management systems
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across the company
- Proficiency in database management and basic software configuration skills
