Epic Certified Application Engineer

Job Summary

To support the technical needs of hospital billing applications, the full-time Epic Certified Application Engineer will perform high-level systems analysis, programming, and project management in a remote capacity, while ensuring maximum system availability and customer support.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage application projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with departmental goals
• Perform detailed technical analysis, design, programming, and documentation for assigned projects
• Provide leadership and support for problem resolution, escalating critical issues as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• Epic Certification in Hospital Billing
• 4-5 years of experience in a related field
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
