Epic Certified Application Engineer

Job Summary

To support healthcare revenue cycle operations, the remote contract Epic Certified Application Engineer will develop, maintain, and optimize data integrations and reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance patient billing and financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integrations supporting Revenue Cycle operations
• Support report development and data extraction to meet business and operational needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including patient accounting, billing, and claims processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience building, debugging, and optimizing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages
• Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET C# web application development
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing SSRS reports, including matrix and structured report layouts
• Active Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Clarity Report Writer certification is strictly required
