Epic Certified Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst I who will align technology solutions with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in defining business processes and identifying enabling technologies
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve software issues independently or with appropriate parties
• Create and maintain documentation related to application systems and provide high-level customer service

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Technology, Information Management, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Completion of Epic's certification program within 6 weeks of hiring
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
