Job Summary
Collaborating with operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Epic Certified Applications Analyst will manage the selection, development, implementation, and support of application software to meet clinical and business information system needs while participating in on-call duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects by identifying barriers, attending meetings, and ensuring task completion within project guidelines
- Engage with operational staff and vendors to evaluate and configure application features, serving as a subject matter advisor
- Investigate system configuration issues and troubleshoot application components, participating in critical incident responses as needed
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Epic Application certification(s) or the ability to achieve them as required by the department
- Three years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
- Ability to act independently with minimal oversight and serve as a mentor to less experienced team members
- Experience leading meetings and effectively communicating with users at all organizational levels
