Epic Certified Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Certified Resolute Billing Analyst to support Epic revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Epic configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Resolute and Claims processing systems
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance workflows for accurate claims submission and billing processing
• Execute testing across Epic environments to ensure changes do not negatively impact processes

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Certification in Information Technology, Healthcare Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Epic Resolute Certification (Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing) with at least two years of production support experience
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with system build, configuration changes, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle operations, including billing and claims processing workflows
• Direct experience with ticketing systems for managing work, analysis, build, testing, and deployment
