Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Professional Billing Claims Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Epic system build and maintenance, including defining setup requirements and documenting processes
• Provide user support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure adherence to Epic and change control processes
• Assist in project management tasks, including documentation, testing, and training staff on system changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one current EPIC Certification
• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• 3+ years of experience with clinical systems
• 2+ years of technical experience with Epic professional claims for back-end roles
