Epic Certified Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and optimization of the Epic electronic health record system, the remote Epic Certified Billing Analyst will provide strategic consultation, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring high-level service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the strategic vision for Epic system implementation
• Provide high-level strategic consultation to clients, guiding them through complex system challenges and delivering innovative solutions
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify systemic issues and implement solutions that optimize system performance across operations

Required qualifications

• Expert-level Epic certification(s) and specialized knowledge in multiple complex Epic modules
• 4+ years of experience in Epic application support, implementation, and strategic consulting
• Proven thought leader in driving strategic initiatives and aligning systems with business goals
• Expertise in ITIL and service management, with leadership experience in incident and change management
• Ability to mentor and influence organizational growth through best practices and training materials
