• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure business solutions meet end-user needs
• Lead communications and change management processes to resolve complex business challenges

Required Qualifications:

• EPIC Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito Certification
• 4+ years of experience in business process, technical, and data analysis
• 4+ years of experience in business process mapping and workflow documentation
• Experience in managing communications and troubleshooting with diverse audiences
