Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for developing reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Captures and documents user needs during the development and testing of BI solutions
• Delivers high-quality reporting and BI solutions while troubleshooting incidents
• Maintains communication with Epic representatives and develops solutions based on user needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with four years of experience
• Current Epic certification(s) for relevant applications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating reporting solutions
• Ability to work in clinical settings and perform physical tasks related to the role
• Manual dexterity to operate various office equipment
