Epic Certified Business Strategist

Job Summary

To enhance business processes and systems, the full-time Epic Certified Business Strategist will lead design and implementation efforts, advocate for customer needs, and manage relationships across project teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough understanding of database structures and business intelligence tools to create analytical solutions
• Serves as the first point of contact for data analytics and process improvement initiatives
• Gathers customer requirements to translate business needs into actionable solutions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Hospital Administration, or 4 years of data analytics experience
• EPIC official designation of Proficient required within the new hire probationary period
• 1-2 years of experience with relational database structures, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL/Oracle) and/or Business Objects
• Internal employees must meet all mandatory competencies in their current position for promotion eligibility within IT
