Job Summary

Epic Certified Business Systems Analyst is a fully remote position responsible for managing inbound customer calls and resolving service requests related to the Epic EHR suite within a 24/7 call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client incidents and service requests regarding Epic EHR clinical components
  • Proactively manage incidents and requests to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
  • Provide mentorship to service desk staff and contribute to the development of support documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical care delivery experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Epic, including implementation and operational support
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in healthcare systems
  • Prior team leadership or mentoring experience
