Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst with Cadence certification required
• Strong background in Epic scheduling build, configuration, and workflow optimization
• Experience supporting large healthcare organizations or multi-site scheduling environments
• Proven ability to work with operational stakeholders to improve access and scheduling efficiency
