Epic Certified Capacity Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Capacity Management Analysts, the full-time Epic Certified Capacity Management Lead will optimize provider scheduling templates within Epic Cadence to enhance patient access and provider utilization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Epic Cadence build activities, template governance, and operational analytics to support patient access goals
• Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and implement system enhancements
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, and team performance, while training and mentoring Application Analysts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 4+ years of experience in Epic Cadence, patient access operations, or healthcare IT
• Epic Certification strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of ambulatory scheduling workflows and provider template management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across departments
