Epic Certified Claims Analyst

Job Summary

To support Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time remote Epic Certified Claims Analyst III will manage the design, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Claims applications, ensuring accurate claims processing and reimbursement while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and support Epic Claims applications and associated revenue cycle workflows
• Analyze and resolve claims-related system issues impacting billing, reimbursement, and payment processing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Epic certification or accreditation in Hospital Claims or Professional Claims
• Minimum of 5 years of Epic application analyst experience supporting Revenue Cycle functions
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, claims processing, and revenue cycle operations
• Experience troubleshooting complex claims issues and optimizing system performance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
