Epic Certified Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To enhance clinical interfaces and third-party applications, the full-time hybrid Epic Certified Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily operations, provide coaching to staff, and manage project improvements while ensuring compliance with established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review the daily work of staff, ensuring understanding of job responsibilities and compliance with standards
• Act as Project Manager for solution improvements related to Clinical Imaging solutions and interfaces
• Gather and submit informational reports to leadership while addressing customer inquiries and complaints

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Six or more years of leadership experience and three or more years of Epic experience required
• Experience with implementing and supporting solutions such as As Software (OBGYN), Infor Cloverleaf, or iNTEFACEWARE Iguana preferred
• Epic Certification in Bridges and/or Certification in Clinical interface engine software required within 180 days
• Ability to participate in an on-call environment, including occasional after-hours and weekend work
