Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare providers and payers as a subject matter expert on Epic systems
- Lead initiatives for Epic reporting and analytics implementations
- Develop and deliver data-driven strategies and solutions tailored to customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle Certification
- Deep understanding of Epic systems and databases, including Cogito reporting components
- Experience with SQL server administration and cloud-based analytics solutions
- Strong knowledge of healthcare business processes and IT operations
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field
