Epic Certified Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing health system, the full-time Epic Certified Data Analyst will analyze contracts, develop financial models, and negotiate terms while working remotely from Tulsa, OK.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze contracts and communicate their operational impact to health system contacts
• Develop and monitor financial performance models for existing and proposed contracts
• Resolve contractual disputes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance contract negotiation strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Three to four years of related experience in health plan insurance contracting and reimbursement
• Ability to complete and maintain Epic certification in assigned application modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and Access
• Strong analytical skills to address business and technical problems
