Epic Certified Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading and developing internal Epic Clinical application teams, the full-time remote Epic Certified Delivery Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, drive team performance, and ensure high-quality delivery standards for managed services customers in healthcare IT.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of remote analysts supporting Epic revenue cycle and access modules
• Oversee workload distribution, performance tracking, and career development for team members
• Implement best practices and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Epic certification in an Epic Patient Access application (Cadence, Grand Central, or Prelude)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 2-3 years in a people management role
• Experience managing teams of analysts or technical staff in a consulting or healthcare IT environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and implement operational improvements
