Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Systems Domain Architect - Digital Experience to enhance patient engagement and digital experiences in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead domain-level architecture strategy for Patient and Digital Experience technologies
• Design and implement the digital front door roadmap to improve patient access and experience
• Provide architectural guidance for digital engagement platforms and seamless workflows across various patient interactions

Required Qualifications

• Must hold at least one Epic Certification in Prelude, Cadence, MyChart, Cheers, or Campaigns
• Strong experience in patient registration, scheduling, and referrals/authorizations
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant healthcare IT experience, or 10+ years without a degree
