Epic Certified EHR Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Application Analyst II - Clinical Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Coordinate collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to support EHR initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
• Epic certification in specified area required
• Multiple Epic certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows
