Epic Certified EHR Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Epic Certified EHR Analyst will configure, modify, test, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications while working remotely and collaborating with hospital leadership and clinical users.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and verifies complex software configurations for deployment, ensuring adherence to standards and tools
• Investigates and resolves application issues, performing maintenance tasks and collecting performance statistics
• Develops and executes comprehensive test plans, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and report on test activities and results

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Epic HIM certification required within 6 months of hire
• Experience with application management software and tools
• Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
