EPIC Certified EHR Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical Access Revenue System department, the full-time remote EPIC Certified EHR Analyst will develop and maintain expertise in Epic applications, analyze workflows, and provide technical support to optimize system performance and ensure alignment with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and prioritize system changes, maintaining build and testing standards while ensuring patient safety
• Provide timely customer support and problem resolution for assigned applications, coordinating with Epic technical support as needed
• Gather information on system enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2 years of clinical or relevant healthcare information technology experience
• EPIC Certification within 180 days of hire
• Preferred: EpicCare ambulatory certification and at least 3 years of healthcare IT experience
• Strong understanding of clinical or business workflows in a healthcare environment
