Epic Certified EHR Analyst

Job Summary

Epic Professional Billing certified, the full-time EHR Application III Analyst will work remotely to plan, analyze, design, implement, test, debug, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications while collaborating with hospital leadership and clinical users.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and drives software configuration activities while ensuring adherence to standards for configuration design and deployment
• Investigates and resolves application-related issues, maintaining application support processes and performance monitoring
• Provides guidance on test planning and execution, ensuring security, usability, and accessibility requirements are met

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Epic or applicable certifications required within 6 months of hire
• Experience in application management software and tools
• Ability to manage user experience evaluations and incident management procedures
