Epic Certified EHR Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Access Revenue System department, the full-time Epic Certified EHR Analyst will serve as a primary contact between end users and the Electronic Health Record team, focusing on optimizing system performance and ensuring alignment with operational needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain Epic certification while adhering to standard operating procedures and documentation requirements
• Implement and troubleshoot Electronic Health Record build and configuration, ensuring patient safety and system optimization
• Provide timely customer support and collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for system enhancements and workflow improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 2 years of clinical or healthcare information technology experience
• EpicCare ambulatory certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with building, configuring, and maintaining Epic EHR applications
• Ability to obtain EPIC certification within 180 days of hire
